PERGE AXEN CO: A New R290 Heat Pump Factory in France

PERGE and AXEN are pleased to announce the establishment of their joint-venture factory, PERGE AXEN CO (P.A.C.), in Lyon, France, bringing together 55+ years of heating expertise from PERGE with 20 years of heat pump experience from AXEN.

The JV’s first qualified R290 heat-pump assembly lines are now fully commissioned.

P.A.C. currently offers a portfolio of R290 monobloc air-to-water heat pumps with outputs from 4 to 16 kW, available in both single-phase and three-phase versions. Capable of delivering water temperatures up to 75°C, the range delivers a COP of up to 5.15, an A+++ rating at both 35°C and 55°C, and ultra-low noise levels.

With further product ranges under development for 2027, P.A.C. is taking the next step toward meeting Europe’s evolving “Made in Europe” requirements and bringing R290 solutions closer to markets and partners across all Europe.
